His detailed suggestions to get the house ready to list were extremely helpful, and his staging and photographs wowed everyone who saw the listing. He listed the house on a Thursday, held an open house on a Sunday, and we had an over list price offer by Sunday evening. He was very knowledgeable during the inspection process and was able to firmly negotiate on our behalf. He made sure to communicate during the entire process with me and the buyers agent, and all in all, it was as smooth a home selling experience as I could have asked for.
